Apex Series SKUs

Choose the film thickness and finish that fits your board design, line conditions, and print specs. All are REACH/RoHS compliant; ANSI/ESD S20.20 options available.

  • XF-101M / XF-102MM – Matte white polyimide, 1 mil / 2 mil. Acrylic adhesive. PCB-ready durability and printability.
  • XF-101S / XF-102S – Semi-gloss white polyimide, 1 mil / 2 mil. Acrylic adhesive. Balanced readability and handling.
  • XF-101G / XF-102G – Gloss white polyimide, 1 mil / 2 mil. Acrylic adhesive. Highest brightness for tiny fonts and dense barcodes.
  • XF-101SE / XF-102SE / XF-101ME – ESD-safe semi-gloss variants. Antistatic construction to support ESD-sensitive workflows.

Thermal exposure guide (typical performance):

  • Up to 100 hours at 302 °F (150 °C), 5 minutes at 500 °F (260 °C), 90 seconds at 572 °F (300 °C). Use case dependent; see TDS for exact limits.
