Polyonics has developed a growing family of label materials specifically designed to withstand the types of highly active ORH1 fluxes and high pressure washes used in harsh PCB manufacturing processes. The XF-731 (1 mil) and XF-732 (2 mil) are thermal transfer printable, semi-gloss white polyimide label materials. They include durable next generation topcoat chemistries that are abrasion and chemical resistant and produce high contrast thermal transfer printed barcodes that will not degrade.
Polyonics label materials maintain a high level of contrast and remain readable throughout the PCB manufacturing process. Their performances have been tested and approved by leading flux makers including Alpha Metals and Kester and cleaner makers including Kyzen and Zestron.
